How to manually add locations in Photos app

I want to add location to a large number (thousands) of my photos in Photos app on my Mac.

Some locations aren't available so need to be manually added.

Is there a quick way to do this?

I know I can manually move the pin but then can't seem to easily access that location again for the next batch of photos (even when I cut and paste the location).
